I wanted to share with you one of the ways I put that homemade pita bread to use! I can’t lie to you. I only experimented two ways with all of my pita bread!
I used two for this recipe, and the rest were reserved for PB&J’s. I’m kinda sorta addicted to the old classic. Put it on a homemade pita and you have pure deliciousness. You REALLY need to make the pita bread…
Anyways, one day I didn’t have time to make what was on my original menu. I need to swap it out with a 10 minutes meal. I’ve been seeing Chicken Caesar Sandwiches everywhere lately, so I decided to try it out at home. The sandwiches were awesome and super easy. They would also make a great lunch!

Ingredients:
2 cups romaine lettuce
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1-2 Chicken Breast
4 Pita Rounds, split
Directions:
Grill chicken breast. Slice for sandwiches.
In a bowl mix romaine, dressing, and Parmesan cheese until well combined. Stuff pitas with chicken and romaine mixture.
