by Katie on October 31, 2011

Now that fall is in full swing, my crock pot has been getting quite a workout!

To me, there is just nothing better than having dinner done in the morning and being able to smell the slow cooked goodness all day long. Love, Love, LOVE it!!

While I have many crock pot recipes already, it’s one of those things that you can just never have enough of. I have been pinning crock pot recipes that look delicious and are on the MUST TRY list for this year! I thought I would share a few with you, in case you need some crock pot inspiration, too!

Homemade Yogurt from Simple Organized Living

Chocolate Lava Cake from Life as a Lofthouse

Chicken Fajitas from Kalyn’s Kitchen

Lasagna from The Girl Who Ate Everything

Slow Baked Mac and Cheese from A Whisk and A Prayer

Minestrone Soup from Gina’s Skinny Recipes

We are very much alike… Has anyone ever told you that? :) I LOVE my crockpot… no really, I LOOOVE my crockpot. It is the best kitchen invention. It is so nice to have dinner cooking all day and be able to have a home cooked meal without working all day in the kitchen.

I can’t wait to see what you have in store tomorrow!!! But, I will definitely be trying the Chicken Fajitas and the Chicken and Dumplings soon! Thanks for sharing!

Where would I be without my trusty crockpot (s)?!? I sure would be in bad shape. If you try the recipes before me, make sure you let me know how they turn out!!
