Giveaway: Host a Chex Party Mix-Change!

by Katie on November 8, 2011

Giveaway Closed…Winner of the giveaway was Teresa!

I recently had the opportunity to host a Chex Mix-Change party, which is a new spin on a traditional cookie exchange!

I had so much fun looking through all of the Chex Mix recipes!  There are so many easy and delicious sounding recipes like Chex Caramel Chocolate DrizzlesHot Buttered Yum Chex Mix, and Chex PB and Chocolate Blast! It was so hard to narrow my list down!

I knew immediately upon receiving my package that there were no better people to celebrate with than my Above Rubies Book Club gals!

We were getting together at our local coffee shop to discuss a wonderful book by Francine Rivers, A Lineage of Grace. We always have a great time getting together, and I knew that incorporating yummy Chex Mix would only make the party better :)

While we discussed the book we sampled Chocolate Peanut Butter Munchies, Sugar ‘n Spice Snack, and Spicy Chipotle Chex Mix. They were all so delicious and I can’t wait to try out some more Chex Mix recipes!

Would you like to host a Chex Party Mix-Change with your friends?

I subscribed Cutting Back Kitchen on email. I really am not a fan of spicy foods, but the spicy chex mix was a very good mix and satisfied my taste for a snack!

I added you to my FB – but then realized I was signed into my husband’s account, so he’s a fan now :) I couldn’t figure out how to follow you??

Hi Melanie! Here is how you can follow the blog…on the upper right side of the blog there is “connect with me”. The first symbol under that is for RSS where you can add the blog to your google reader or internet home page. You can also subscribe by email…where it says “the kitchen delivers”. I hope that answers your question :)

I’m a traditional girl – love the sweet recipes, but the original Chex mix recipe always brings up fond holiday memories of the family dinner my Grandma used to host.

I love the coconut almond Chex mix. It’s chewy, sweet, and gooey.

I love traditional Chex Mix, but I LOVE Puppy Chow. And now that they make my beloved Puppy Chow prepackaged as Muddy Buddies? Amazing!
