If you are looking for a quick, easy, and unique Valentine gift-this Marvelous Mocha Mix would be a great option!

I made a batch of it up in the fall, and have quite enjoyed a mug of it for an occasional treat.  It’s something that any coffee lover would appreciate!

Marvelous Mocha Mix

Yield: 3 cups mix

Serving Size: 3 Tablespoons and 11/2 cups boiling water

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup instant chocolate drink mix
  • 1 1/3 cup powdered creamer
  • 2/3 cup instant coffee granules
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend to combine. Store in air tight container.

Notes

Stir 3 Tablespoons into a mug of 1 1/2 cups of boiling water.

Harriet, I hope you enjoy it. 38 is pretty cold…but it does sound better than the 20 degrees here in Ohio. I think it’s time I make a mug for myself :)

I was just wondering if you could use Nesquick Chocolate drink mix or should it be one of the cheaper chocolate instant drink mixes (the kind you can mix with water)?

Thanks
