I made a batch of it up in the fall, and have quite enjoyed a mug of it for an occasional treat. It’s something that any coffee lover would appreciate!
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup instant chocolate drink mix
- 1 1/3 cup powdered creamer
- 2/3 cup instant coffee granules
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend to combine. Store in air tight container.
Notes
Stir 3 Tablespoons into a mug of 1 1/2 cups of boiling water.

Harriet, I hope you enjoy it. 38 is pretty cold…but it does sound better than the 20 degrees here in Ohio. I think it’s time I make a mug for myself
I was just wondering if you could use Nesquick Chocolate drink mix or should it be one of the cheaper chocolate instant drink mixes (the kind you can mix with water)?
