4 Minute Spicy Garlic Shrimp

by Katie on February 21, 2012

Several years ago I found myself with a bag of shrimp and a little problem. The problem was, I had never cooked it before and had no idea what to do with it. That’s when I stumbled on this recipe from Rachael Ray, and it was absolutely delicious! It only takes 4 minutes, it’s flavorful, and it is now my go-to shrimp recipe!

4 Minute Spicy Garlic Shrimp

Yield: 8 Servings

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 24 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 teaspoon grill or steak seasoning (Montreal Steak Seasoning)
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 Tablespoon chopped parsley leaves

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, and shrimp. Season with grill seasoning and cook shrimp until pink, about 3 minutes. Toss with lemon zest, juice, and parsley.
