Flourless Triple Chocolate Brownies (Gluten Free)

by Katie on July 5, 2012

These flourless brownies were my first attempt at baking a “flourless” dessert. I’ll admit – I was kind of skeptical. I feared that the texture would be off without the flour.  BUT, they surprised me big time! They are rich, dense, super chocolatey, and majorly delicious!

If you are a chocolate fan these are must –  gluten free or not! You may also want to check out {3} Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies or Coconut White Chocolate Rice Krispie Treats if you are in the market for a flourless dessert!
