Good Morning! Have you all planned out what you are going to be cooking this week? It doesn’t hardly take any time to do and saves SO much time during the week.
I sat down last night and came up with mine. Mostly it’s going to be things that are tried and true, but I am looking forward to trying out the quiche recipe below. I usually stick with crustless quiche to make it gluten free, but it will be nice to have crust for a change.
Salad topped with Chicken/Tuna Salad or Leftoevers
Roasted Red Pepper Hummus with Veggies
Laughing Cow Cheese with Crackers or Veggies
Monday- Gluten Free Asparagus Quiche, Mixed Green Salad
Tuesday- Ham Fried Rice
Wednesday- Grilled Steak Salad
Thursday- Mini Meatloaves, Roasted Broccoli (didn’t get to last week)
Friday- Creamy Chicken and Rice Soup, Salad
Saturday & Sunday- Family wedding and family stuff…
