Weekly Menu – Whole30

I’m a little late on planning my weekly menu, but better late than never, right?

This week we are starting our third week of the Whole30 challenge. It’s really going great – except for I feel like I’m always in the kitchen. I am a little sad about the Easter get togethers…not being able to eat much. :( Oh well, I will get over it.

What’s on your menu this week?

Breakfast:
Eggs with Veggies, Fruit

Lunch:
Tuna or Chicken Salad with Spring Mix, Veggies, and Fruit

Dinners:
The Best Roasted Chicken, Sweet Potatoes, and Steamed Veggies
Slow Cooker Chicken Breasts, Roasted Asparagus (minus Parmesan), and Cauliflower
Beef Stew, Salad
Naked Burgers with Guacamole and Chipotle Mayo, Sweet Potato Fries, Broccoli
Out to Eat
Family Easter (both Saturday and Sunday)

Yummy looking menu, as usual! I want to try that roasted chicken and the asparagus.
