Best of 2013

by Katie on January 2, 2014

I spent a little time going through my analytics today to see what my most popular posts were from this past year. To say I was surprised would be an understatement. Here is what was most popular at The Cutting Back Kitchen (according to what got the most traffic)…

Top Posts of 2013

1. Rubber Ducky Punch
2. Baby Shower Breakfast Menu
3. Green Chile Egg Casserole
4. Cream Cheese Mints
5. How to Transport Cupcakes

Some of the Top 20 posts (non recipes) were all of the Whole30 posts, How Your Life is Like a Tapestry (Corrie Ten Boom), and Baby Shower Decorations.

And finally, here are some of the other recipes that made the Top 20: Oven Roasted Broccoli,  GF Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins, GF Chicken and Wild Rice Soup, Caramel Apple Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake (GF adaptions), Mexican Quinoa Salad and Crock Pot Chicken Tacos!

Some of these I would have guessed, but I was surprised that all of the baby shower and Whole30 posts were so popular!!

What was your favorite recipe of 2013?

What would you like to see more of in the coming year?!! I would love to get your feedback. Feel free to leave a comment below or shoot me a quick email!

Never would’ve put those in my top posts… Funny what turns out to be popular. :) You know I love CBK so much… If I had to say what I would like to see more of in 2014 I would say Faith of a Foodie, freezer cooking and maybe some more on how to eat healthier as a family on a budget. But I really enjoy all of it

Yes, it was. The bridal shower posts are the second most popular, below the $40 grocery budget. So strange. :)
