Pumpkin Recipe Round-Up {All from The Cutting Back Kitchen Archives}

I’m digging deep into the archives today to pull out some long-forgotten pumpkin recipes. Some are from the beginning of the blog…so I can guarantee that they are good, but I can’t guarantee the photo quality. ;)

I’m really surprised that I have managed to have this many pumpkin recipes considering that my husband loathes pumpkin almost as much as mushrooms. Crazy dude, that husband of mine.

Pumpkin Recipe Galore - I'm pulling out the best pumpkin recipes that I have shared on the blog over the years!

This Pumpkin Pie Dip is a newbie that I posted last fall. All you need is 3 ingredients and about 3 minutes of time to whip up this crowd pleaser. It’s pretty much like pumpkin pie in dip form. Delish! And the 3 minute-3 ingredient part doesn’t hurt either!

Is there anything better on a cool fall morning than a warm breakfast? This Pumpkin Baked Oatmeal makes a healthy and delicious breakfast. It’s perfect reheated through the week and freezes wonderfully! You simply must try baked oatmeal if you haven’t.

Chex Pumpkin Pie Crunch is a great snack and one of my favorite Chex recipes. It’s packed full of fall flavor!!

A terrible picture, but you have to trust me on this one. Emmy’s Pumpkin Bread is THE best! Simply the best.

I love a good scone with a cup of hot tea. These Pumpkin Scones are delicious and have the most wonderful glaze on them.

Gluten-Free Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins can get me in some serious trouble. Since I’m the only pumpkin-lover in the house I have to freeze most of these for later or else I would eat them all!

This wins the award for the most unique use of pumpkin – Chicken Tortilla Soup. It’s a favorite around here! You can’t tell at all that it has pumpkin in it and it’s as great healthy dinner!

An oldie, but a goodie – one of my very first blog recipes – you can’t go wrong with Paula’s Pumpkin Bars!

Make a batch of Pumpkin Spice Latte Mix and you will have enough to drink all week! It’s so delicious it’s dangerous…for my waistline, that is. I want to literally drink it everyday, and that’s just a bad idea.

I love me some pumpkin, you know that oh too well as my dear friend. :) As I scrolled down I am surprised how many of these I have made. The chex mix is a staple in our home… we have family and friends that request we bring it. SO yummy!!!
