I’ve found a lunch that I really love and want to eat every day. I do this from time to time. I find something awesome and healthy (or not so healthy) and I just stick with it and eat it all the time. It’s roasted veggies and chicken sausage. I will post the recipe here soon (if you can call it that). It’s super easy and addicting and perfect for a lunch or dinner when you don’t have much time at all!
The other thing we have been loving is overnight oats. I will post a recipe for that too really soon. We eat it ALL the time. I put all of the ingredients in a mason jar – stir – and wake up to a ready made breakfast. Can’t beat it!
What meals do you find yourself always coming back to?
Breakfast: Overnight Oatmeal or Hard Boiled Eggs and Fruit
Lunch: Leftovers, Roasted Veggies with Chicken or Chicken Sausage, or Salad
Monday- Out to eat
Tuesday- Cubed Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Corn (from freezer)
Wednesday- Roasted Veggies and Chicken Sausage
Thursday- Essential Oil Class – something super easy!
Friday- Slow Cooker Root Beer Pulled Pork (freezer), Roasted Veggies, Applesauce
