I haven’t done a MPM in quite some time. I haven’t blogged much at all either. We were on vacation two weeks ago and were out of town visiting family part of last week. And other than that…it’s just been crazy busy!
We are going to the beach soon and it’s time to get control of the diet and cut out the unhealthy things that have found their way in due to convenience. I’m not doing a particular diet, just keep things healthy and getting back to the gym. That swimsuit will have to be put on all too soon.
Breakfast: Green Smoothies or Overnight Oats
Lunch: Salads with Chicken, Leftover Soup, Roasted Veggies with Sausage
Monday- Out to eat
Tuesday- Heirloom Bean Soup with Italian Sausage, Salad
Wednesday- Spaghetti (with Spaghetti Squash), Steamed Broccoli
Thursday- Fajita Chicken with Lettuce Wraps
Friday- Out to eat
Saturday- Family Easter
Sunday- Lemon Chicken over Quinoa with Veggies
