It’s time for the weekly menu plan. It’s been a while since I’ve posted a menu and honestly…a while since I’ve even made a menu. Things have been hectic and crazy here and that hasn’t left much time for cooking. I’m hoping that things are starting to settle down a little bit and get back to normal.
When I go too long without planning a menu things get out of hand. We don’t eat as healthy as we need to, I don’t keep things stocked like I should and we also end up going out more than we should. I do so much better on a schedule! So, I’m back at it this week – here is my plan for the week!
Breakfast: Overnight Oats, Green Smoothie
Lunch: Leftovers, Salad in a Jar
Monday- Corn Dogs, Chips and Fruit
Tuesday- Out to dinner
Wednesday- Quinoa Stuffed Peppers and Fresh Fruit
Thursday- Lasagna Spaghetti Squash Boats, Steamed Broccoli
Friday- Grilled Orange Teriyaki Chicken, Grilled Pineapple, Brown Rice
Saturday- Out to diner
Sunday- Taco Salads
