Happy Monday! I just sat down to plan out our menu for the rest of the week! It’s nothing really new, but it’s all stuff that we love…especially the Greek Quinoa Salad pictured below.
What’s on your menu this week?
Breakfast: overnight oats, hard boiled eggs and fruit
Lunch – leftovers, lunch meat roll-ups
Monday- out to eat
Tuesday- Honey Glazed Chicken Kabobs, Baked Brown Rice, Broccoli Salad , Deviled Eggs AND GF Cake (family dinner…I never make this many things for us!)
Wednesday- Greek Quinoa Salad
Thursday- Mini BBQ Meatloaves, Mashed Cauliflower and Zucchini
Friday- Young Living Class – leftovers
Saturday- out to eat
Sunday- Grilled Chicken with Grilled Veggies
